Eastern Yellow Wagtail

Post by Mick Atzeni »

On Sunday 23rd, my father Laurie checked out the Eastern Yellow Wagtail at Sandy Camp Rd wetlands near Wynnum. That's two vagrant wagtails dad has on me now, having also seen the Forest Wagtail while they were at Alice Springs last year. I've not seen any!

Congrats to Colin Reid who discovered it on 16th March. Some photos have been posted on Eremaea. Others have seen Black Bittern and Australian Little Bittern there lately too so well worth a visit.
