Rabbit at Upper Lockyer

It's not their fault they don't have feathers! Doesn't make them any less interesting. And just like the birds, it's good to know what species are about locally at any given time.

There's expertise within the club and beyond on most aspects of our local fauna. Let's tap into it.

Rabbit at Upper Lockyer

Post by Mick Atzeni »

Since moving to Upper Lockyer in January, I have seen a rabbit on several occasions along the road into "Tiddalac". The most recent sighting was 6:15pm on Friday (29/5).

Odd (lucky??) there is just the one each time, although the groundsman for the property says he has seen a couple early in the morning feeding on the lawn further into the property near the house.

Their day's are numbered.

Cheers
