Pacific Baza and others from home

Post by Mick Atzeni »

Kicked off winter with a Pacific Baza over home today. Only my second sighting around home.

Others from my yard were Red Wattlebird, Noisy Friarbird, Magpie, Pied Currawong (large flocks getting around at the moment - Karen saw about 30 in the yard a couple of days ago), Pied Butcherbird, Rainbow Lorikeet.

Australian White Ibis, Wood Duck, Pacific Black Duck at Lake Annand.

Yellow Thornbill breaks record

Post by Mick Atzeni »

Thanks Michael!

You just added a new bird for my patch for the 12mo period from July '07 which takes the tally past the previous 12mo total of 72.

Happy to take any records you or others find in my patch too. For the progress list, visit the My Patch topic on the forum.

Cheers
Mick

PS What date was it?
