Mick,

The following have been confirmed (mostly QM specimen records) from the area discussed. Some are of single specimens only. You’ll need to put them in taxonomic order (and check recent nomenclature). I think that Black and Westland Petrels have been seen as well but I’ll need to chase that up. I did see them both on Fraser Island plus all of the below except for Mottled Petrel, Common Diving-Petrel, Buller’s Albatross and Red-footed Booby. So they’re all around SEQ waters for sure; just a bit scarce.

Also include Black Petrel and Black-bellied Storm Petrel on list as both have been recorded off Southport on SOSSA trips.
