Hi Mick,

Thanks for letting me know. I did manage to get wader watching yesterday. Went to Manly, got a few hundred waders, with the new ones for your survey being

Whimbrel
Grey-tailed Tattler
Great Knot
Red Knot
Red-necked Stint
Sharp-tailed Sandpiper
Curlew Sandpiper
Lesser Crested Tern (actually the 2nd most common tern there)

An interesting day as Red Knot are quite rare there, but there were about 6 of them in partial breeding plumage, the Lesser Crested Terns were about 15-strong, an unusually high number, and the Grey-tailed Tattler were in full breeding plumage, which is always a treat.

Regards,
Chris
Thanks again Chris. :)
