More interesting behaviour

Post by sburke »

The Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike fledglings are out and about this morning with mum and dad. There are also about a dozen Spangled Drongo's in the trees around the house this morning as well. The funny thing is both species seem to be having some fun together; the young Cuckoo-shrike's chasing the Drongo's and the Drongo's chasing the adult Cuckoo-shrike's when they return with food in their beaks. It was quite funny watching them all mill around together through the trees.

Ciao :)
