Sacred Kingfisher, Spangled Drongo, Rufous Songlark

Post by Bill Jolly »

Thanks Michael W for reminding me about the Spangled Drongo...

Sacred Kingfisher at Abberton 21 September, 2012
Spangled Drongo, Abberton 5 September, 2012
Rufous Songlark, Abberton 4 September, 2012

I also saw a Rufous Songlark here on 11 August 2012, but I didn't report it at the time. Apologies. They are regular here at present.

I'm not sure if any of the following might have already been recorded for spring, but just in case:

Brown Quail, 3 September, 2012
Nankeen Night Heron, 19 September, 2012
Black Kite, 17 September, 2012
Red-tailed Black Cockatoo, 7 September, 2012
Cockatiel, 14 September, 2012
Red-rumped Parrot, 12 September, 2012
Shining Bronze-cuckoo, 14 September, 2012
Little Bronze-cuckoo, 7 September, 2012
Chestnut-breasted Mannikin, 10 September, 2012

(All at Abberton)
