Goomburra SF 15-16/9/12

Took my first trip down to Goomburra State Forest last weekend, camping o'nite at Manna Gums campground. Walked 6 of the 8 trails and a portion of another. Highlights were two sightings of Albert's Lyrebird (and a third heard), one Glossy Black Cockatoo, and a Paradise Riflebird. Total of 49 species seen in 25 hours there.

Large-billed Scrubwren
Russet-tailed Thrush
Scarlet Honeyeater

Wonga Pigeon
Varied Triller
Brown Cuckoo-Dove
Bassian Thrush
Green Catbird
Shining Bronze-cuckoo
Yellow-throated Scrubwren
Fan-tailed Cuckoo
Southern Boobook
