Shag on a hill: Pied Cormorant on the Range

Post by Mick Atzeni »

Had a very bizarre sighting today. Around 1:30 pm today, just west of the saddle on the Toowoomba Range, was a Pied Cormorant waddling about on the access road leading to the roadworkers' camp in the median strip. Ironically, Jenny and I were returning home from an overnight visit to my folks who live on the Wynnum esplanade. Usually see this species there but this trip I didn't.

Cheers
Mick
