Latest Raptor Guides ready for downloading

Post by Mick Atzeni »

If you're always wishing your field guides had a few more illustrations of raptors in flight, showing different angles, stage of the wing stroke, differet ages, lighting, taken from afar, etc, then you'll find something even better than that on our website, courtesy of photographer and raptor fanatic, our very own Russell Jenkins.

For those already privy to this terrific resource, the May '08 version is now up and is even bigger and better! Some generous contributions from non-members has ensured all species are now represented, including Grey Falcon and Red Goshawk.

Go to the Downloads menu of our website and click on the Raptor Guides link or click here: .://toowoombabirdobservers.org.au/in ... &Itemid=46

If you have any images that could be used in future updates - they don't have to be in flight - please forward to Russell at the email address shown on the guides.
