Finally saw a powerful owl at the farm on new years eve. Went spotlighting specifically to look for owls, so im pretty happy about it. Figs have fruit on them as well!

Overall, not many birds about compared to say 5 years ago.

I'm sure anyone who has seen a Powerful Owl knows how Geordie felt. He tells me those huge talons were particularly impressive.
